  • What are the shipping times?
    It depends a little on whether the product is currently stocked, and the location they must be send to. We can normally send the products either from Europe or the US within a week
  • What size of T-shirt will fit me?
    That is very hard to answer since I do not know your body like you do, and sizemarkings unfortunately vary a lot from brand to brand. We therefore suggest that you take the time to consult the sizing charts to get the T-shirt that will fit you in the first try.
  • How should I wash the T-shirts
    The T-shirts can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colours. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. They apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
  • How should I wash the hats and aprons
    Can be machine-washed cold, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Do not use bleach. If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned. After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting. If the apron needs ironing, do it from the backside, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.
  • Why can't I order the products?
    The most likely coarse is that you are stationed outside either Europe or the United States of America. Due to shipping restrictions we have chosen to limit the serviced area to these areas.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    At GliderGadgets we do not like the expirence to be lured into buying an item by a low price presented, only to discover that the real cost has been hidden as a massive handling fee. To spare you from a similar experience, we have chosen the what-you-see-is-what-you-get-approach. We have therefore chosen to include the shipping fees and the taxes in the price presented. However we cannot handle customs for every country, so you might have to pay a fee for that seperately.
  • I do not like to be spammed, so why would I give you my email adress?"
    We too hate to see a maillbox so full of comercials that the relevant communication gets drowned out. So we will not put you through that either, but under certain conditions we need to be able to send you relevant information, and need to be able to contact you for that reason. We will therefore only use your contact information to send reciepts, or to bring you the relevant information in the rare occations when something does not go according to plan.
  • Can I follow my package?
    When you order a product from us, the tracking information will be provided in the confirmation email, so you can follow the excitiong journy of your parcel. We use third party fulfilment services, like Printfull, so it is likely that you will get the tracking information from them.
